Privacy Policy

Treble Fantasy is a fantasy draft app for the 2026 international football tournament. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We keep things simple: your data is used to run the game, nothing else.

What we collect

Email address — collected when you register or sign in. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive a private relay address instead.
Display name — the name you choose to show to other players in your league.
Avatar URL — optional profile image, if you set one.
Game activity — draft picks, captain selections, trades, points earned, and league membership. This is the core data the app runs on.
Push notification token — only if you grant permission, used solely to notify you when it is your turn to pick during a draft.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to running the game. We do not serve ads and we do not sell your data to third parties.

How we use your data

To authenticate you and maintain your session
To store your draft picks, points, and league activity
To show your display name and score to other players in your leagues
To send draft-turn notifications (if you opted in)

Who we share data with

Your data is stored on Supabase (our database and authentication provider, hosted on AWS). Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. No other third parties have access to your personal data.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (available in the app under Leagues → Account → Delete Account), all of your personal data — including your profile, picks, points, and league history — is permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can:

Delete your account and all data — directly in the app (Leagues tab → Delete Account)
Request a copy of your data or ask any other question — email us at the address below

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.

Children

Treble Fantasy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
